	At UK Flood Barriers we also try to reduce the carbon footprint, not only by manufacturing products using 100% recycled material were possible, but also reducing the points of delivery. Working with numerous councils and housing associations, we now survey and deliver on the same day, our Floodshield barrier requires no tools or permanent fixtures to the property.

	Our surveyor’s carry stock, we survey the property and choose the appropriate size barrier, we show the occupier how to fit the barrier and when they are confident they sign a completion sheet to confirm they have received the barrier and received a demonstration on how to fit the barrier. We then send this signed document back to the council/housing association. This process has saved thousands of man hours and numerous wasted journeys. It frees up council officers to attend to more pressing matters confident in the fact that their tenants have received and are able to fit the barriers and protect the property.

	Bespoke Flood Angel® Flood Defender™ Our Flood Angel® Flood Defender is ideal for either standard in or outward opening doors or larger apertures such as patio and French doors. Its unique fixing system makes it suitable for the properties with disabled access and listed buildings as no bottom channels are required which would normally impede access via a wheelchair.
